I’ve been a practicing CPA since 1997. During this time, I’ve worked in small, regional and national firms. My career accomplishments include the following:
- Passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination on the first attempt
- Graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University
- Graduated with a Masters in Taxation from Seton Hall University
- Became a Partner in a regional firm and started, developed and managed their tax department and compliance division
- Spoke at a National Press Conference about the SALT Limitation and the effects on residents of New Jersey (please see news coverage and video below)
- Blogged as the Tax Chick for Accountingweb.com. Topics included multi-state taxation, physical and economic nexus to name a few.
- Founded Ann Callari, CPA, LLC
Working with clients and assisting them with their individual and business compliance needs has been a very gratifying aspect of my career. My goal for each client is to provide proactive tax advice that minimizes their tax liability while also taking the stress out of compliance. I pride myself on developing relationships with my clients that stand the test of time. I have an excellent client retention rate and am extremely proud of the high-quality services my firm provides.
